Cooking instructions

BBQ GRILL: We heat the grill for 7 minutes in low temperature. We place the product and spread with a little oil the grill. We grill for 8 minutes, we turn side and continue for another 8 minutes until grilled inside. We continue for 3-5 minutes in each side in low temperature.

IN OVEN WITH OR WITHOUT AIR: We heat the oven in 220o C. We place the product and spread with little oil the pan. We grill for 8-10 minutes we turn side and continue cooking until cooked internally.

IN NON STICK COOKING PAN: We spread with oil a well heated non stick cooking pan. We gill for 7 minutes in each side. We continue grilling for 3-5 minutes in each side.
