Cooking instructions

In BBQ Grill: We heat the grill for 7 minutes in low temp. We place the product after spreading oil. We grill for 8 minutes, we turn side and continue for other 6 minutes. We continue grilling the other sides for 4-5 minutes

In oven air: We heat the oven in 230o C. We place the product after spreading the the pan with oil. We grill for 8 minutes, we turn side and continue for other 6 minutes until grilled internally
